6. Client Responsibilities
Successful digital marketing requires cooperation between The MetaScale and the client.
The client may be responsible for providing accurate and timely:
- Business information
- Product or service information
- Brand assets
- Logos and images
- Website access
- Social media access
- Advertising account access
- Analytics or tracking access
- Approvals and feedback
- Required documents and information
Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, unavailable access, or other client-side issues may affect project timelines and results.
The client is responsible for ensuring that information, claims, products, services, and materials supplied to The MetaScale are accurate and lawful.
7. Advertising Platforms and Third-Party Services
Digital marketing campaigns may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, hosting providers, analytics platforms, email platforms, or other services.
These platforms are independently operated by third parties.
The MetaScale does not control:
- Platform policies
- Algorithm changes
- Account reviews
- Advertising approvals
- Suspensions or bans
- Platform outages
- Changes in pricing
- Changes to features or functionality
- Search-engine ranking algorithms
We cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from changes, restrictions, outages, suspensions, or decisions made by third-party platforms.
8. Advertising Budget
Where paid advertising is part of a service, the advertising budget paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is separate from The MetaScale’s professional service fees unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
The client is responsible for providing the agreed advertising budget.
Advertising spend does not guarantee leads, sales, conversions, or revenue.
9. Fees and Payments
Service fees, payment schedules, taxes, advertising budgets, and other applicable charges will be communicated through the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice, or agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Work may begin after the required payment or advance has been received.
- Late payments may result in suspension or delay of services.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Any applicable taxes, government charges, or third-party fees may be payable in addition to the stated service fee where required.
10. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate a service arrangement according to the terms stated in the applicable agreement.
The MetaScale may suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments remain overdue

Upon termination, the client remains responsible for any approved or completed work and outstanding amounts due under the applicable agreement.
